Week 1: Day 2 Had a bay day

Well, Due to a bunch of things I had a bad day. I ate right but did not exercise.. I guess my 6 days last week will make up for today so I do not feel too bad..not a good way to start off my first week of the challenge though and its going to keep getting tougher once school starts, etc...oh well gotta stay focused and keep my eye on the prize(s).. :) Tomorrow is a brand new day!

Week 1: Day 1 Better watch out , going for the knockout

Today was the 1st day of the Gold's Gym challenge. Since I have been exercising and eating right for about 2 weeks now, It really was not a big deal. I am hoping to start logging my food intake and my exercise routine but right now I am working on coming up with some sort of exercise plan and stuff. Today I dragged myself to the gym in the snow. I was planning on doing intervals on the arctrainer upstairs but they were all being used so I headed to the movie room to watch Shallow Hal. I did 30 minutes on the Arctrainer in there just at a decent pace...then I worked on my legs with the strength training equipment and did some ab work with the ball..overall it went pretty well. I ate good all day except for my weight watchers ice cream bar tonight that made me feel like I gained 10 pounds. It just shows that I do not need to even eat "healthy" crap like that anymore. I feel like I need to do a little extra at the gym tomorrow. I was planning on doing strength training everyday (upper 1 day, lower the next) but it looks like I really only need to do it 3 days a week...thats a relief. I weighed in at 171.4 today, I hope to be in the 160's by the end of the week. I think I should give up diet soda because I am not drinking enough water but I do not think I can do it..its my favorite thing in the world lol...maybe I can cut down..we will see.... so here is my motivation to win the challenge..

I know I can do this, just gotta stay motivated and be strong.....
